Project Information
This development in Folkestone’s Park Farm Estate has utilised neglected land with the objective of attracting economic growth in the county. 30 newly constructed individual industrial units are providing flexible space for a wide range of business needs.
Five buildings are sub-divided into units with areas ranging from 111 – 123 m², all with mezzanine floors (equal to 50% of the ground floor area).
ECO was contracted by WW Martin to provide LV electrical installation: power, interior and exterior lighting and EV charging points, including commissioning for each of the units.
