The Great Hall, Kent College

The newly constructed Great Hall has two modes of operation: assembly for up to 600 and the theatre mode of 350, made possible by the use of retractable seating concealed behind movable wall panels. The building also provides a foyer and gallery space and back of house accommodation including green rooms and scene dock.
ECO MEP was contracted by WW Martin to provide full electrics, interior and exterior lighting and AV design and installation for the building.
Delivery
Working in partnership with theatre design specialists, ECO MEP developed the specified lighting system with a more cost-effective solution.
