We want someone who brings initiative and innovations, has the ability to build client relationships, and to have a positive attitude to the necessity for the paperwork duties associated with the role, including reporting, risk assessments and the completion of certificates.

We want someone committed and loyal. We also want someone who brings initiative and challenges our processes with new ideas, who strives to exceed expectations, constantly wanting to develop and grow in ability.

Who Are   ?

ECO MEP work across Kent, alongside many main contractors on both commercial and industrial projects as well as direct, with private end user clients.

The relationships we hold with contracts managers, site managers, quantity surveyors and clients are built on hard work, trust and dedication to professionalism.

We exceed expectations and stay off the snagging list by doing it right the first time!

There’s not much we won’t do but our specialism is in bespoke electrical and mechanical design, focused on energy efficiency and safety, incorporating lighting, heating, ventilation, plumbing and power. Early engagement ensures we can add the most value to a project through our experience and knowledge.

Paul Hooker started the ECO vision back in 2015. As an experienced and forward-thinking electrician, he surrounded himself with the best of the best and began delivering projects to his exacting standards and building long-term relationships with clients and suppliers.

Leon Richardson joined in 2022 following a demand from clients for a full MEP package offering. His shared values and ethos for exceeding expectations, made him the obvious choice to join Paul and extend the business to offer a range of building services to the Kent construction industry, rather than just electrical.

ECO employs craftsmen and women who are reliable and committed, and motivates them through a vision of long-term collaborative working relationships with people that can develop their experience as a team.
We’re known for being open and honest. We work better when we work together, as a unified team, with our clients, with contractors and sub-contractors, and with our supply chain.

Our focus is on developing our engineers to realise their full potential, with development plans geared to individual needs and abilities. This role will allow nurturing of existing technical skills as well as providing potential to expand digital skills and project management.

We are a close-knit team, where talent is rewarded, and growth opportunities encouraged.
